As part of that commitment, all unlicensed mental health providers on our platform complete a background check through a trusted third-party service, Checkr. Once you register, we’ll securely initiate this process on your behalf. This helps us ensure a greater level of integrity and peace of mind for those we serve. There is a one-time $100 fee for this process, which goes directly toward maintaining this added layer of trust and accountability.
